Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams
Through one of our Tier 1 carriers RHM can offer a bespoke Direct Routing architecture to enable full voice capability natively into Microsoft Teams.
Any company using Microsoft Teams as their unified communications tool can choose to implement this through RHM and benefit from cost savings, increased functionality and support for migration.
Our Direct Routing capability provides connectivity to your Microsoft Team’s tenant enabling full PSTN breakout on the public telephone network. Connection from Microsoft Teams to our network is via an Internet connection. We can offer to supply a managed internet connection which is delivered as an end-to-end service with high service availability.

Cloud PBX integration
If you have complex inbound call flows, informal contact centres, a need for centrally managed call recording and reporting then Microsoft Teams on its own does not yet offer enough telephone system functionality to completely meet your needs.
That said you may already have invested in MS Teams and be using its functionality internally within your organisation and for certain staff it would be great if they could utilise their MS Teams application to simply make and receive calls, transfer to colleagues etc. where currently they cannot.
If that’s the case then maybe a best of both worlds solution is for you.
We can offer a Cloud PBX that takes care of the heavy lifting such as complex call flows, centrally managed recording and reporting, call queuing, wall boards etc. Staff involved in taking a high volume of inbound calls would be better suited to utilising the Cloud PBX reception console, softphone or agent application. However remote and flexible workers such as a sales or engineering team who make and receive less calls would be suited to using their MS Teams application to do all of that as well as their internal collaboration.
You can take a Cloud PBX solution from RHM and deploy softphones or IP handsets for staff handling your inbound call traffic. Through or integration option you can enable those users to just make and receive calls via their MS Teams application. All of this traffic will route through the Cloud PBX and so benefit from the reporting and recording capability
