Bellamet UK Ltd is a well-respected, longstanding sheet metal fabrication company based in Calne in Wiltshire. Their services support many industries including vending, automotive, healthcare and lighting. They celebrate their 30th anniversary in 2022, and pride themselves on customer satisfaction.
Bellamet have been a happy RHM customer for over eight years. We provided their phone systems, fixed line rental and broadband services. Due to continued success, in 2016 Bellamet made the decision to grow their business and extend their office building.
This growth was of course fantastic to see, but as any business grows it can create new challenges. Bellamet needed to ensure that they could access communications and connectivity services that supported their growing needs while remaining cost-effective. When Bellamet asked us how we could help them expand their telecoms and connectivity infrastructure, we were happy to help. We started the process by carrying out all the necessary checks and discussed the options available to ensure the client got the right solution for them.
The first change we recommended was to upgrade Bellamet to superfast fibre broadband. This service was recently made available in their area and provided a number of benefits.
Not only did it provide a substantial upgrade in Bellamet’s internet speeds, but it allowed them to upgrade their fixed voice lines to SIP trunks. This provided the business with a new and improved communication service, while still reducing their monthly expenditure by 15%. A new VoIP phone system completed the new solution, giving Bellamet a service that can now support them moving forward for years to come.
